This role is 100% in person because we believe in the power of team work, collaboration. We have outgrown our office and are expanding to new office with beautiful views and will be creating team building experiences that are fun and motivational. Our team is 100% vaccinated.

Our firm invests in exceptional, highly effective marketing which generates a massive flow of highly qualified inbound leads (No Cold Calling), extensive and ongoing training, an excellent sales support staff, state-of-the-art office space on Wall Street, and daily sales incentives and positive, highly motivated team environment.

This role will specialize in providing small businesses and merchants with full financial services including:

  • Merchant Cash Advances
  • Lines of Credit
  • Term loans

And more.

Responsibilities

Business Loan Salesperson & Funding Coordinators are responsible for performing the following tasks:

  • Handling large quantity of inbound clients interested in financing
  • Selling financial products
  • Building a pipeline of business
  • Managing client relationships
  • Working well in a team environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience using Salesforce and proficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Additional Info

Sales Representatives are also required to follow set protocols and business practices to efficiently work leads, track the flow of information and accurately document all outcomes.
